- Client dials *778#
- Client enters ID/Passport Number
- Enter KRA pin number
- Enter residential address and occupation in details e.g Kileleshwa Hse no 3 Ndovu Estate
- Agrees to Terms and Conditions
- Client receives a temporary pin. If pin is not processed, call 0705100100
To Invest
- Client dials *778# again
- Client enters pin sent to them earlier
- Select Imarika Investment Linked
- Client chooses policy term (minimum 5 years)
- Client enters premium/preferred contribution
- Client indicates Financial advisor phone number- FA Phone number as 0712-840-447 for easy follow up and assistance
- Authorize deduction from Mpesa
- Enter oin (same as above)
- Application is completed, client receives SMS confirming receipt of funds

1. What is *778#?
This is a short code that your client can dial on their phone to sign up for Imarika Investment Linked plan. It can be dialed from any phone.
2. Can I dial for the client on my phone?
No. The client will need to dial *778# on their own phone.
3. What do I need to ask the client to do before they dial?
Simply load your mpesa with the amount of money you wish to pay.
4. What if the client has no KRA PIN number at the time of sign up?
The KRA Pin is a legal requirement. The client can proceed to enroll but provide the pin number within 5 days. After the 5 days, the money will be reversed to the client’s Mpesa number.
5. What is the minimum and maximum contribution amount on USSD?
The initial contribution is Kes 1,000. Maximum is Kes 140,000 per day due to the Mpesa daily Limit.
8. My client wants to make a lumpsum deposit of more than Kes 150,000. What should I do?
Your client will still need to complete the hard copy application and make transfer or do a cheque.
9. Do I need to attach an ID copy or Utility bill?
No. The client will put in their ID number only. We will use the Government system IPRS to generate their full names as per their ID and Date of birth. For Residential address, provide adequate details.
10. How will the client make future contributions?
They will use paybill number 541400 and put their policy number, then proceed to make the payment.
